Entrance Examination Update

Madam/Sir,

P.G entrance examinations for M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Earth Remote Sensing and Geo-Information Technology, and M.B.A. will be held on 23.05.2026 at Madurai Kamaraj University, Palkalainagar, Madurai – 625 021 .

Hall tickets with other details can be downloaded from the University’s website on or after 18.05.2026.

Important Instructions

✔ Bring two hard copies of the Hall Ticket.

✔ Bring two passport size photographs.

✔ Carry Government-issued Photo Identity Proof (Aadhar, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Passport, etc.)

✔ Submit one Hall Ticket and one Passport size photo during the examination.

No entrance examinations for: M.Sc Mathematics, M.Sc Physics, M.B.A. (Entrepreneurship), M.B.A. (Hospital Administration), M.C.A., and M.P.Ed Programmes.

Instructions

  1. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION
  2. Check with the preview button after filling the application to ensure that you entered all details correctly as shown in preview page.
  3. Application fees for entrance programme – Rs.1200 and Non-entrance programme – Rs. 500
  4. Student photo and signature - attach image format (jpeg/png) and size of image should be less than 100 KB
  5. For applying PG - attach the documents - SSLC mark sheet, HSC mark sheet, community Certificate and Graduation mark sheet (atleast upto 5th semester) - Combine all semester mark sheets in one pdf document and upload with the file size of less than 1 MB in ‘pdf’ format only.
  6. For Applying Integrated programme – attach the documents - SSLC mark sheet, HSC mark sheet, community Certificate in ‘pdf’ format only.
  7. For special category, upload required document as proof. Upload with the file size of less than 1 MB in ‘pdf’ format only.
  8. For Entrance exam programmes - Tentative Entrance exam center - Madurai, Trichy, Chennai, Salem, Bangalore,Thiruvananthapuram,Coimbatore,Karaikudi

    9. Follow these steps to fill the application:

    1. Click the Sign up button for new registration
    2. If you are a already registered candidate click the Sign In button
    3. Fill all required fields.
    4. Click the checkbox declaration
    5. Click Pay button for application fee.
    6. SC/ST students are exempted from registration fee for the first application.
